Alexis Fecteau was most recently the Senior Product Manager for RNP and NavData at Jeppesen in Denver, Colorado. Previous to joining the team at Jeppesen, Fecteau worked as CEO of the extremely successful No Cat Tacos, Inc. in Paso Robles, California.

Fecteau served as the Director of Operations, Reserve, for the US Air Force National Security Space Institute from November 2001 to December 2005. While with the Air Force, Fectaeau directly supervised and resourced a staff of 27 officers and 8 enlisted space professional reservists, and lead both the Air Force Reserve Command Senior Leader Working Group, and the standup of the NSSI Reserve Associate Unit (RAU). Additionally, Fecteau developed and instructed DoD space power and space professional curricula, reaching over 3,000 students annually. He led a 115-officer team of enlisted government and contract personnel during CC and DO absence. In addition to his work with the US Air Force, Alexis Fecteau was a Pilot for both United Airlines (2000-2001) and Alaska Airlines (1999-2000).

Mr. Fecteau completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Rensselaet Polytechnic Institute in historic Troy, New York, in 1984. While at RPI, Fecteau was a Squadron Commander Air Force ROTC, and a member of the Acacia Fraternity. A skilled cyclist, Fecteau was the Captain of the Cycling Team for two years, winning numerous professional and amateur category 1 and 2 US Cycling Federation Bike Races, including a two-medal stint at the Saratoga Cup Classic. Fectau continued his education at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, Completing a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. In addition to degrees received from RPI and Boston University, Fecteau has a number of certifications; he completed Squadron Officer School, Maxwell AFB, AL, in 1987, the NATO Tactical Leadership Programme in Florennes, Belgium in 1991, the AFSPC Squadron Commanders' Course, Peterson AFB, Co in 1996, the Advanced Space Operator's Course, Schriever AFB, Co in 2001, The Space in the Air Operations Course, Schriever AFB, CO in 2001, the Air Education and Training Command Instructor Course, Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 2003, and Air War College in 2004.
